Water Well Education Garden

The Water Well Education Garden developed out of necessity, when equipment used in the City of Wichita’s water system needed to be moved to the surface. A great transformation took place and a gorgeous hillside emerged, showcasing more than 150 new shade-loving trees, shrubs and perennial plantings. This garden’s primary focus is to teach visitors about the history and function of our water purification process in a beautiful, natural setting.
