Botanica Book Club: July

This Pulitzer Prize-winning novel weaves together nine characters whose lives become intertwined through their relationships with trees. From scientists studying forest ecology to activists fighting to save old-growth forests, Powers explores how trees communicate, the interconnectedness of nature, and humanity's relationship with the natural world. This literary, thought-provoking book will challenge how you see forests forever. After our discussion, we'll press flowers and leaves to take home, then create pressed flower bookmarks as keepsakes that honor the beauty of the plant world.
