When visiting the gardens or attending an event, every admission dollar goes back to funding Botanica's beautiful gardens. Botanica is funded by individuals and businesses who believe in our mission to promote community development and provide cultural experiences in a botanical garden setting. As a community partner with the City of Wichita, we align in mission but do not receive additional funding or tax dollars.
Exchanges can be up to 24 hours before your selected event time made using the link in the emailed receipt you received from Showclix.com at the time of purchase.
If that deadline has passed and you need to make a same-day exchange, you must submit your request prior to 1 p.m. the day of your reserved timeslot. All requests will be processed in the order they are received. Approval of new time slots is not guaranteed and will be approved only if there are spaces available.
