Botanica, The Wichita Gardens, welcomes and encourages photography in our gardens. We kindly ask that all third-party photographers credit Botanica when sharing or publishing photos taken on our grounds. This includes social media posts, websites, portfolios, and printed materials.

Please use the following credit:

Photo taken at Botanica, The Wichita Gardens or tag us using @BotanicaWichita on social platforms.

For commercial use of photographs, including for resale or promotional purposes, please contact our team for advance permission at info@botanica.org.

Photographers are responsible for obtaining model releases when capturing identifiable individuals.

Photography during private events requires the host’s approval.

Drone photography is not permitted without prior written permission and FAA compliance.
