Ben Sauceda is the President/CEO of the Kansas Aviation Museum, where he leads organizational growth, community partnerships, and initiatives that connect aviation, education, and workforce development across Kansas. His unique leadership journey spans business, ministry, government, and nonprofit leadership, including service as Deputy Treasurer for Sedgwick County and nine years as an Associate Pastor. A passionate advocate for service and community impact, Ben has spoken nationally on leadership and civic engagement and serves on several nonprofit and industry boards.
