Dr. Kenny is a visionary executive and social entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in business, manufacturing, engineering, and organizational leadership. Specializing in Organizational Change Management, he is known for driving transformational growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a people-first approach that builds high-performing teams. He has held senior leadership roles in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and Interim President & CEO at Heartspring.

Dr. Kenny is the Founder of VirtusOps Consulting LLC and the Co-Founder, President & CEO of PurposeBuilt Enterprises, where he focuses on strengthening communities through improved childcare and senior care solutions. In addition to consulting and entrepreneurship, he and his wife Tammy are active realtors and business owners. Dr. Kenny holds degrees in mechanical engineering, global leadership and management, and business administration, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in strategic leadership.
